Why don't you suggest that your friend create a complaint on any mediator service and invite Xyes to elaborate? When it comes to flagging arbitrage or other abusive activity, these activities are usually flagged by the odds provider, not the casino. As Xyes said, they are willing to share their investigation evidence with the moderators or the admin. Since the forum moderator does not moderate the scam, I suggest that Xyes share the evidence with reputed forum members. I suggested holydarkness in this case, but holydarkness does not want to get involved.
