Chelsea's qualification process is very good, it comes from a few seasons ago where they had many failures but they persisted until they found success, I remember how they changed coaches, players, trying and trying, until they finally got results, I think that this process should be copied by MU, which for me is a team that has declined a lot as time goes by.
I think even if Manchester United want to copy Chelsea’s process of reviving their squad it will be really difficult because of United’s financial situation currently. For United to be able to make notable changes they will first need to overhaul their squad, giving way for incomings before they can make any significant changes and I think that is the stumbling block holding them from making signings currently.
Failure has a complete portion in our lives and in every game. In fact where is success there is failure too. But the good thing is to overcome all the perspectives which causes failure and turns into success. if we see the performance of the chelsea team a few years back, their performance was bad and they were not consistent. But they think and make changes. They keep trying for better performance until they get success. And this step towards the success of the Chelsea team is admirable for others. As many people are saying, Manchester united should copy the Chelsea team they can't do this because of their financial reasons. But i think Manchester united is a capable team and are managing the entire scenario of the team in a good way while keeping themselves in limited resources.
