Xabi Alonso has proven himself to be a good coach when he was able to improve the performance of the Leverkusen team so that can be a little reference even though it will be different at Real Madrid but at least there is a little hope that Xabi Alonso can do the same thing and overall we can't compare him with Ancelotti, these are two different coaches, Xabi Alonso still has minimal experience but with the quality he has I think Xabi Alonso deserves to be supported and I am quite optimistic that he will be successful with Real Madrid.
I love where you said xabi still have minimal experience and thats why I feel that for now carlo anceloti is more better than him considering the that he has been in the coaching field for a very long time and he got more experience with things to show for it, the club he has managed can attest to that, although am not disputing the fact xabi is not a good coach too, atleast the little we have seen, he's not bad but the major thing is how will he be able to manage Realmadrid, let's forget that Realmadrid is a very big club and I believe xabi role here is more taskful than the club he's coming from his present club, let's hope to see him do better here, I wish him well.
