Let wait to see how the whole revival thing play out and sure, Manchester United will definitely have their own unique plans and strategy despite their financial handicap at the moment, I think if they are able to get on board Players like Victor Osimhen and others that have promising football career, and hungry to create record, Manchester United will definitely recover quicker than we expect, but unless they take the right step at the moment.
I think right now with the financial situation of Manchester United they shouldn't be bothered about signing big players that costs that much especially in the ranks of Victor Osimhen which actually is one player I want to see okay in the EPL but right now United affording him can't be taking as a right decision since they are on low funds. Perhaps they could make use of good quality players else where in lower clubs that wouldn't cost above between €20-50k . They should do this with the mindset of rebuilding to get a fear back in next few seasons.
If Manchester United does not do that I do not think they can rise, now Manchester United is very depressed or far behind so if they want to realize their target to compete at the top then there must be a big step taken by Manchester United management, otherwise there will be no significant change.
Osimhen is a very qualified player and I think he will be very helpful for Manchester United in the front line, but the current obstacle is because of finances, so Manchester United must solve this problem first before building a team and I think there are many ways they can do it, namely by making exchanges and selling some players who are not included in the plan for next season.
