Since the US started talking openly about crypto currencies, and the idea of taking it as a reserve strategy, other countries hasn't spoken much about Bitcoin, with the reference of their country as a Bitcoin Capital country. This becomes the race every country wants to take part in, to show that they have a higher possession of Bitcoin's circulation. At the end, who will give the proof or records of these possessions.
I see this as part of some political stuff and a more attraction on centralisation coming around the crypto space in larger range on the long run.
