No matter who is guilty, I believe the casino representative should respond and post their official reply to address the matter. I believe they have a reason to block your withdrawals and close the account. They should not leave you in the dark without telling you anything.
The casino usually blocks you if you are value bettors or involved in arbitrage betting. They usually do not disclose these things, but cooperate with the 3rd party mediator services. Even if they do not respond here, they should be able to cooperate with the mediator.
