The last time I checked, Manchester United is still among the richest clubs in the world,so when it's comes to money I think there are financially buoyant and capable of handling/taking care of any expenses that's pops up. If Manchester United really want to start seeing great improvement on the club next season,I think the board needs to cooperate fully with Amorim by approving adequate funds for Amorim to used in signing high valued players to the squad. I believe Amorim is an experience coach that wants to succeed in Manchester United and with his experience, I think he knows the kind of quality players needed to sign in for the club to move forward next season. Manchester United should be following the footsteps of PSG,Real Madrid and Manchester City in regard to spending of money to get quality players .
I don't know what has come of Manchester United these days. They hardly think it is right to spend a huge amount on buying players, and they want the coach to do the impossible to win a trophy with the available players the team has.
This coming season is where everyone is waiting for the management to do the needful to bring out huge money to sign quality players. It is when they didn't do it, to miss signing Osimhen and other quality players, that's when it will come down on them that they have missed a lot for appearing non-formidable again
That being said, Osimhen would be a perfect signing for Manchester United but the club management wouldn't like to sign him to avoid spending what they have budgeted on signing any player they want to sign. They will be looking at less expensive players to sign as usual.
