Thanks for your response. I know you are too busy with these things. So, I didn't bother you again. Yes, I am handling Xyes' signature campaign, and I have access to their forum account (even though they have six more support employees who might have access to their account) to improve the post, such as fixing the quotes, BBcode, and resizing the images. Once their employees get used to the forum, I would ask them to change the password. For the sake of transparency, I left neutral feedback on their official account. The relation with them is forum-based, nothing else.
