Inter Milan has made very bold move by hiring Cristian Chivu who has little experience as senior manager especially after having very experienced coach. It seems president is not prioritizing experience which is big gamble. This decision could either lead to wonderful success story with Chivu deep club knowledge bringing unexpected wins or it could be disaster if his lack of top level experience becomes major problem. Many clubs have tried this kind of move with mixed results and it will be fascinating to see how Chivu handles huge pressure of managing senior team and what impact it has on Inter season.
The truth is something that surprises, I above all would not be capable of doing it, I am one of those who believe more in experience than in any pleasant surprise that the new brings me, more to the instances that Inter has reached, moreover, Inter has already played some very good football in Serie A and in the UCL, and that is something that not everyone achieves, that must be recognized, however when we start to review, Pipo was not that bad, I know that a thrashing like the one in the final is something that detonates everything, but to choose someone with little experience I would say that decision is very reckless.
