I am new to Bitcoin and have realized that everyone is more experienced and has a better mindset than me.
I have learned some basics,
Now my question is -
How to keep the cricket safe?
I am interested in learning more as your brief words can help me move forward,
Thank you!
The basic knowledge you've learned, then that's what you should do.
Don't store it in untested wallets. The best wallets are open-source hardware wallets. Wallets like Electrum and BlueWallet fall into the category of good software wallets to choose from.
Store your seed phrase in a place where there is no internet connection and where it is safe from disasters such as fire, flood and others that may lead to loss.
Avoid public sharing.
If possible, avoid using one wallet for more than one asset.
I completely agree with your points — secure, offline storage and trusted wallets are essential.

I’d just add that diversification matters here too. It’s risky to keep all seed phrases in one place, even if it’s offline and protected. A single fire, flood, or break-in could mean total loss.

Better to store backups in multiple secure locations, ideally not all in the same house. Just like with assets — never put all your security eggs in one basket.
