It's a common thing when many projects do TGE during the bullish of Bitcoin. They saw it as an opportunity to drive the wave, and issue their token. So they hope the bull trend will help to push the demand for their token.
As for Resolv, this is a new token who acted as a governance of Resolve platform, but it's as volatile as another token. Also, it's wrong to mention Resolv gets strong demand due to the it's being issued in BNB blockchain. In fact, its binance who issued Resolv at binance blockchain as a part of Binance alpha program.
The real token is getting issued in ethereum. It's a new token so the demand relatively strong, but with the goes of time. We will see whether it can still defend its price consider the more tokens gets unlocked and distributed to the circulating supply.
