Early hours of the day remains the best time to hit the floor this period. Just few days of camping has made me to have a different experience. At the early hours, the temperature is very low and allows you to push with another intention which is getting yourself warm. This allows you push further to even the number of pushups you never imagined. Had my initial 5 sets of 40, 30, 20x3 in 30 minutes between the hours of 4 to 4.30 before adding 3 sets of 20 pushups and hour later.
Maybe I will finally develop the way I've always wanted before leaving this camp.
