NPT article 10 is not a right they activate to allow them to make nukes...

there is on article 10 right to make nukes within the NPT
article 10 is simply to no longer be in the NPT

its a exit of NPT.

then when not part of NPT they are no longer forced to not make nukes... because they removed themselves from the NPT

this is not the same as activating a right to make nukes as part of a NPT deal.
