Today they said they would pay me my entire balance and then close my account. I noticed that they paid me my balance minus the $35 bet I lost, other users who had a lot of winning bets were only paid their deposit without winnings, and I was credited with that losing bet. So even though they contacted me, I don't have a very good opinion of them, I think they are dishonest and they make the rules as they see fit and when they see fit.

Your account will remain suspended, because your attitude makes us concerned about your ability to gamble responsibly. None of this makes us dishonest and we don't consider you not receiving a refund on your 1 lost bet "making the rules as we see fit". No one would give you a refund here. The fact that, instead of closing the thread and marking it resolved, you have doubled down on your "accusation", is part of the reason why people have a hard time taking the actual legitimate complaints seriously.
