People must be responsible on how they absorb news and information that are available on traditional media to modern social media. No company can keep everything about it as only positively and there are negative things in discussions around many places about that company. Some are true while the others are invalid but the company is not responsible to educate all their users about it and they even don't have enough resources for doing this.
