I don't care if it gets fixed because the dev doesn't care.
Did you write him a message? What kind of argumentation is that anyway?

Secondly: it uses up needless amounts of bandwidth. Pretty simple.

So you come here, drop a meaningless opinion and refuse to work together to find a solution (see above)?
There are many pools out there, that obviously don't have problems like yours. Strange, eh?

Lastly: I stopped running pools solely because I didn't have the time to support them. It had nothing to do with mooncoin.

Ah, there you go.

Why does everyone here griping at me about this problem relate it to pools? Do you think that the only people running mooncoin run it on a pool? I was running it on a personal computer as a wallet and it ate up all my bandwidth. Why does it matter whether it was running on a pool server or not? Just because other people aren't having a problem with it doesn't solve the problem for me, crackfoo or anyone else that runs into the problem. If the dev wants to reach out to me to troubleshoot the problem further, I would certainly help.

I have said it earlier: Why didn't you chime in, when you had the problem? Instead you come here, when everything is over for you?
If you'd like to get more info about what is happening with MOON, read on reddit - especially the latest posting of deaconboogie (dev). He explains the personal reasons, why he was "absent" the last days, see here: http://www.reddit.com/r/MoonCoin/comments/24q9wg/official_update_may_4th_2013/
I have informed him already in my comment, that you need help over here and posted more, that may be of help for you, also.
You could add to it, by posting there.
