Inter spoilt the tough match we would have watched if it was PSG vs Barcelona, meeting at the finals of UEFA.
Till today, I can't imagine how Inter defeated Barcelona, only to lose terribly to PSG. Making this year's finals of UEFA to be less tough and uninteresting for us that watch it. Barcelona and PSG could have made a lot of sense, for teams that are passionate in winning their matches meet at the finals of UEFA.
There were lots of controversies tied to the Barca vs Inter match regarding the referee and VAR officiators ruling against the Catalans. But that's not enough to judge what results would have came out if Barca played PSG. Inter, on the other hand, playing results proved to some Barca fans that they wouldn't have crossed to the extra time if the refs were just, yet it doesn't outrule the fact that Barca didn't play their best with inter, and may have lost to PSG too. You have to get over it. PSG deserved the trophy.
It's an excuse, there was nothing wrong with the officiating. Barcelona must understand that football does not always favor the favorite team, Inter is not an underdog that it was needed to win against.
Inter followed tactical moves for the whole minutes of the match, same thing they did when they faced PSG in the final, even if they are down on goals, they still follow instructions, unlike Barcelona which depends on individual qualities. It was a fair result in Barca vs Inter, whatever they say still won't change who became the finalist, if they want the spot they need to prove themselves.
