Did you just quote all the previous replies, but then forgot to add on your input and then clicked on post?
I do hope it was just an honest mistake and not one of those instance where you end up in trouble. I suggest you look at your post right before (preview) and right after you have replied to avoid such issues.
I guess the last text in the quote is his text. It looks like he just either mixed up or removed the wrong quote tag since the quote from AHOYBRAUSE is different from what he actually wrote.
It's not critical, but you're right that it's better to fix it.
Then we have the support teams themselves. Casinos won't hire and pay expensive staff to work as support agents. They handpick the cheapest individuals from countries with the lowest standards of living. You can't get the best results unless you hire the best people qualified for the job and pay them enough.
Not only casinos but also exchanges don't really want to spend a lot of money on customer service. Repeatedly encountered that a support agent was a little knowledgeable about the issue that I asked.
I think that both gambling platforms and exchanges would prefer to replace support agents with AI bots, but for now, it's ineffective.
