For people outside this forum they still rely on review websites like trustpilot to check whether the casino is legit or not. And unfortunately most of them that I know rarely look at other websites like btcgosu even though I think they are the most credible here. I once asked one of my friends who is not a forum user and they still refer to trustpilot because the name of the website sounds trustworthy, trust-pilot. Of course this is a problem outside the forum. Unlike most bitcointalk users who have many references from reputable members or junior members but focus on gambling here.
Such people must learn to do their due diligent research and it's not task of forum members to proactively invite them joining Bitcoin forum. If they do proper research, they will find many places including this forum for getting information about what they want to know.
The company can not prevent misinformation about it to be spred out on media and social media, no matter how many initiatives they would like to do, have done and will do in future. If they find only negative review or majority of reviews on a company, it's not good early signal for a good company and its service. It's more like a dangerous red flag to stay away from a very possible scam company.
