They blocked me on Discord. They don't respond on Twitter. They don't respond on Telegram. They don't respond to email. I wrote to Little Mouse. He doesn't respond. They also ignore all complaints on Casino.Guru. I think the casino has become a scam.
You didn't show us your casino guru thread that I had earlier on asked you about. Could you please share it here if you don't mind?
Also, Little Mouse is in charge of marketing and not customer support. If he chooses to help you out/support you, I think it will be at his own discretion
I checked the last 3 recent complaints against chips.gg in casino.guru, there is no reply from chips indeed. I did not check the other complaints as I think 3 recent complaints is enough to know the recent situation about how fast chips.gg respond to complaints in casino.guru. I do not mean to say that I'm supporting the users or blaming chips but it will be nice if chips can be more responsive in dealing with complaints.
