Looks like this thread is making more sense now. The Indiana Pacers winning the championship is starting to look real, with them already leading the series 2-1. Now we’re about to witness Game 4 in a few hours. If the Pacers win again, I’d say there’s a 90% chance they’ll finish the job.
And now we’re back to reality, with the series tied at 2-2. The Pacers were leading for most of the game, but they collapsed in the fourth quarter, which allowed OKC to even the series. I think we might be heading for a Game. OKC could win the next game, then in Game 6, the Pacers might even things up again. It’s still possible for the Pacers to win the championship, but after that loss, their odds have definitely dropped.
It’s sad, but that’s what happened. OKC is the heavy favorite to win the series, so it’s tough to beat them. Still, the Pacers were actually in control for most of the game, but those mistakes in the fourth quarter really cost them.
But the series isn’t over yet, there are still three games left. If the Pacers can win at home after a potential loss in Game 5, we could still see a Game 7.
The series of course isn't over yet. I mean surprises can happen, we have seen it so many times. Sure, the momentum now is with the Thunder, but I don't think the Pacers don't care about that.
Nobody expects them to win, and that7s their biggest strength, no pressure. If a team has pressure it's OKC because everybody has the highest expectations in them, most like they expect it from themselves as well.
Game 3 will be crucial. OKC can take the lead in this series for the first time. If they take it I doubt the Pacers have a shot. SO in other words, whoever wins game 5 is in the drivers seat, especially if OKC takes it. Odd on the Pacers to win the series (after losing game 5) will be like 10:1 or something like that.
