I think I have seen them dealing with another mediator, casino guru. But if I am not wrong, the casino guru does not handle sports betting things. So, maybe the forum is only solution for a case like this.
I don't know about this information on Chips.gg like whether they have representatives on AskGamblers but if they don't have any, the user and AskGambler can not do anything there. For example, if Chips.gg does not have any representative account here, in Bitcointalk.org forum, the user can not complain about them with hope of getting reply or support from Chips.gg.
Complain is possible from user side but to receive reply and support, they must choose a proper place for doing their complaints.
But for sure they are aware about that site existence since somehow that platform is another place where gamblers ask feedback about the casino they are interested to gamble.
If Chips.gg doesn't have any answer to those accusation I guess this problem will escalate more. So they better pay attention on those issues since many people especially in Bitcointalk talk about hose issues happening on their casino.
Hopefully chips.gg won't waste the efforts they made for marketing their casino here since so far they gather good reputation for doing good campaigns here.
