You may be right Smartvirus but you never can tell if Barcelona would have given us a better show that day, don't forget the match between Barcelona and inter Milan was a very big match and everyone really enjoyed it in fact it was as if it was a final match, for the fact that inter Milan defeated Barcelona means that inter Milan was more stronger and inform, in the first leg match between Barcelona and inter Milan, inter Milan was leading with 2 goals before Barcelona equalized and they draw the match, for me Barcelona would have done better but I still believe PSG would have won them because PSG was very determine to win and very much inform.
Some people are saying if it was Barcelona and PSG that played the final that Barcelona would have won PSG, but if inter Milan would have won Barcelona then I believe Barcelona wouldn't have won PSG.
That’s what I’m saying, that’s the energy and mindset of Barcelona. No matter the goal margin, they try to come back from it and even win if they can. We know that sort of thing isn’t easy but, it’s what they tried to archive in both legs and failed eventually. Now, I don’t know how Inter Milan managed to do it and proceeded to the finals but; they certainly didn’t carry the same energy to the finals.
Yeah, PSG might have won and I would have liked that more than seeing other teams life the trophy last season, certainly not Barcelona as, it would have just meant another bragging rights for them and Lamine Yamal hype all over but for Paris, it’s a making history after several triers and that’s very deserving.
I am 100% sure that we would have seen Barcelona not lose as bad as Inter. Just because Inter managed to beat Barcelona, doesn't mean that we are going to end up with finals being the same. Inter played horrible on the final game, like they played in Serie A, and unlike they played against Barcelona. The difference was, Barcelona has a level of play that they have, and they play consistently at the same level, and Inter had a wonderful game and a terrible game which means they are not consistent.
So if we saw Inter that beat Barcelona, play against PSG, then it would have been close. But instead, what we got was Inter that lost the Serie A that played against PSG too, hence why we had such a big difference between them.
