Inter didn't need much fast attacking playstyle to conquer PSG — that's something PSG excels at. What's very frightening about PSG right now is their midfield. PSG midfield made Liverpool's midfielders look like a joke and even Arsenal midfielders (rice + oddegard) were outworked by PSG's?

A better match up would've been PSG vs Barcelona.

They have a strategic way of cunning their opponents into unbearable areas and place dembele out of the crowd to build up for a strong clap back. Barca's defense is not capable enough to fully withstand this kind of attack and they'll always fall prey to PSG's strategy, yet both teams would score.
PSG winning the champions league title wasn't a surprise to me. I never expected Inter to do so over PSG. If you are a good football analyst, you will understand that in the last season's European competition flight, there were outstandingly 3 well coached teams that participated. They are;
  • Arsenal
  • PSG
  • Barcelona
These teams were well coached and any of them would have won the champions league. The reason Arsenal didn't make it beyond the semi finals was the absence of Party in the first leg and more so, Arsenal is known for obeying the law of diminishing return towards the end of every season.

You can't call that diminishing returns when in this case they had big trouble with injuries. It wasn't too many injuries, but it were important injuries and they had one quality problem they never solved in the last few years, which is they need a strong striker. Maybe some fans think that Havertz can get that done, but I think in comparison to the strikers that the other teams you mentioned here have, Havertz is nowhere near the level of Raphinha, Lewandowski, Dembele and several other strikers or semi-strikers those teams have in their line-ups.

PSG and Barcelona in my opinion will be the favorites next season ahead of Real Madrid, Manchester City and Bayern. I don't anticipate them to be any weaker for a good reason. Both of them are not losing a lot of players due to transfers as far as I know as of now and both teams have the majority of players being at the perfect age and all of them are humble and willing to improve.
