No, that's not the only reason Manchester united is yet to submit a bid to Napoli. The major issue here is that Manchester united can not currently afford to pay Osimhen wage he's demanding. Osimhen was demanding for 400k per week the last time Chelsea went for him. I believe that is the same amount the Nigerian forward is aiming at and Manchester united can not afford to manage that wage at the moment unless they would have to erase almost their first eleven squad. In fact, no top team will sign a player like Osimhen with that kind wage because he's not suppose to be earning more than 170k-180k per week as per the injury prone player he is.
