I don't know why they are blocking you on all platforms but one thing is for sure, that they aren't a scam casino and there aren't many complaints about them either. When we hear such complaints, it's hard to believe whether the gambling site is at fault or the complainant is on the wrong side himself. Are you sure you didn't violate any rules  They should have replied somewhere as to what went wrong that they forced them to block your gambling account.
