It's good to see how KDB has happy ending for his uncertainty after his old club decided not to extend his contract. Hopeless when he always said he would like to go to the saudi due to the monetary reason, but changed his mind in the end of his contract.
I also appreciate how Napoli came as savior of his career. We will still see him in UCL next season.
This will benefit both of them, Napoli will be able to feel the impact of Kevin De Bruyne's contribution while on the other hand Kevin De Bruyne can still play at the highest level of European football, namely in the Champion League competition, so there is a possibility that Kevin De Bruyne can show his best performance again.

Regarding the injury experienced by Kevin De Bruyne, I think it's not a big problem, it's something that can't be predicted to happen again or not, but if we continue to think that Kevin De Bruyne can overcome it, I will imagine that Kevin De Bruyne can contribute greatly to the team, especially with the quality he has. I'm sure Napoli's midfield will be even more creative with the presence of Kevin De Bruyne next season.
33 years old KDB is having his best at Manchester City in last 10 years, and they were expecting to keep him, but he wants to leave and now have engagement with Napoli which is also good decision because this will be top level soccer with have participation in Champions League.

In last few years due to injury things were not favourable for him but still he is one of the best player at midfield while his contribution in wins always important, so this is going to be good for Napoli he needs to be adjusted and have best while he is skilled who can bring good success by his own. Napoli is surely going to be benefited if he will be having good performance during his stay while he is having injuries issue which prevent him for having his best in last few seasons but can he do during his stay it's going to be interested.
