Outside of technological advancement, i expect Bitcoin community would have harder time since privacy and general freedom on some country has been on decline since 2009.

What if Bitcoin was reimagined today, under modern cryptographic assumptions, using a principled minimalist architecture designed for long-term auditability and zero-trust adversarial environments?

Modern cryptography is not vulnerable to quantum computers too? Imo, Bitcoin is better as it is and doesn't need any flavoring or anything to make it better or spicy. We have altcoins for all of that. As a matter of fact,  it's because of a "better bitcoin" that we have Ethereum and over 100K worth of altcoins with at least 99% being useless.

Post-quantum cryptography[2] already exist today. NIST already finalize few of those[1] and GitHub shows there are 124 reopsitory that claim contain PQC[2].
