If you stand by your statement that this was simply a misunderstanding and not a scam, prove it by compensating everyone affected user and nnot just the one person who speak in public.
No one else complained about this yet except you. So, we can assume that most of the users are already aware of this from the beginning. Otherwise, some of them accepted the changes normally by knowing about it from the support. The information of terms or FAQ pages are indeed very important for a casino, those are considered as the constitution of the casino. Users consider the information of FAQ page as a valid source. It was a great mistake from DuckDice team to not update the information when they made the changes.
Now I would like to suggest you to create a topic in DuckDice forum about this and ask for the feedback from other users.
If you want to raise your voice for the other users of the casino, then you have to do it in their community first. We will see that what the other users say there. BTW, I can see that DuckDice team has already updated their FAQ page information.
