If you do a survey on the biggest challenge gambling addiction has, many responses will be financial. Many of them gamble with money that is above their gambling budget.  Others don't have a budget, so they cannot separate gambling funds from other important expenses.

Gamblers begin to have issues with their family when they spend more money or time on gambling. OP, my take is that if your gambling activities are affecting any area of your life negatively,  you might be having a gambling disorder. Don't wait until multiple aspect of your life is affected before you seek help. Most of the factors you mentioned are interconnected and interrelated.
