If you come across someone that needs help, then you might try to assist them. But don't go about trying to spread a word of bitcoin to unknown individuals. It makes you a target because the public has this mindset of anyone who understands how BTC works literally must own. And truly most knowledgeable individuals or bitcoin literates owns a considerable amount of bitcoin.. so it's a no for me.. stay safe.
This is a good advise and the right approach that bitcoiners should follow to be free from being victims of attacks from criminal elements that sees every bitcoiner as a rich person, we can actually preach to those that we know and even though we do, our portfolio or hodlings should be a secrete that shouldn't be made public or revealed to anyone, the world is no longer a safe place, so we should be careful in things we do, our intentions may be good but the person we are passing the knowledge of how this store of value works may not be good, am adhering to this advise of yours straight ahead, thanks.
