I have to ask; how do you control or manage your emotions while gambling?
It can be easy for me to do that but could be hard for you to others even if I just tell that I know my limits and I can monitor my anger and emotion when I gamble. Do something that gets your attention when you're about to get emotional with gambling. Get a small cushion ball on your hand and press that whenever you feel stressed.
Do you gamble when you are emotionally unstable or you just distance the gambling site until you are emotionally and mentally balanced?
I don't gamble nor trade when I am emotionally unstable. It will only cause me a lot of money if I do that.
