I heard rumors about match fixing, but I'm not sure about it. PSG did everything very well, I didn't even see them under high pressure during the match. Inter players looked tired and helpless when PSG attacked, it was clear that they were not ready for the grand final. Obviously I didn't see a great final from the way Inter played, it was just embarrassing.
But actually I also had the same feeling, that PSG would win the final. Of course not by that much, but maybe about 2-1 or penalties considering how well Inter knocked out Barcelona in the semifinals. But what happened was the opposite, Inter lost badly as if there was no resistance and they were like an amateur team accepting defeat.
Match fixing, player doping and many rumors that occur but I think things like this are just a spice for those who do not expect PSG to win especially when the score in the final feels quite striking for the Champions League final then there will always be a lot of speculation about this.
They have won the Champions League this season and it is inevitable because they are very good in the game and performance towards the end so even though there is a lot of speculation or accusations all of that will only be baseless rumors.
PSG won the final and it was deserved considering what they did in the round of 16 to the final so there is no reason to try to bring down as if the victory was invalid just because they did not accept that they won with a fairly convincing score in the final.
