What the OP is saying is true. The answers claiming there’s a 0.001% chance or that it’s almost improbable don’t answer the question.
The energy crisis is real. Many countries have suffered blackouts in recent years.
For example, in 2015, Venezuela suffered widespread blackouts due to its energy crisis. In 2019, India experienced the largest blackout in history, affecting over 600 million people. More recently, in 2021, the United States and Mexico suffered power outages during the winter storm, and several European countries have had periodic energy shortages. These examples, among many others, show that blackouts are becoming more frequent and severe.

OP, I think your question is quite broad, your idea is good, I’ve also thought about it a lot, but what exactly are you proposing?

A prolonged power outage — we would have to resort to other energy sources.

There’s power, but no internet — we would have to rely on technical knowledge.
