I am not sure when Arsenal can win the Premier League title.
Arsenal can get the EPL title when Arteta is really ready to give up the UCL and focus more on winning the premier league title. But that is very unlikely and it will not be possible for Arteta to easily ignore the UCL title. Because in my opinion Arsenal do not have strong experience to win titles in the UCL or in the EPL. If Arsenal focus more on one of these competitions, I am sure they can win the title they want. And for me if Arsenal fail in the Champion League but successfully win the EPL title, it can build the mentality of Arsenal players to fight for titles in more prestigious competitions in the next season.
It's not just a matter of Arsenal's divided focus so that they don't play optimally in the Premier League, the proof is that in the previous 2 seasons when approaching the end of the season Arsenal only focused on the Premier League but they also failed to maintain consistency so they had to finish in second place.
The problem now is that Arteta can't create a much better team mentality so that they can't compete fiercely when under pressure towards the end of the season, especially with several injured players so they can't maintain their performance when Arteta rotates players.
I think Arteta has to bring in a lot of star players who can guide the young players in the squad to be more confident when playing under pressure, otherwise the same thing will continue to happen.
