I think people have learnt about shitcoins over time that they are not for the long term or that they are less profitable than bitcoin in the long term.

Some newbies will be making this novice mistake and try it over and over again hoping to get some different outcome. However it is possible that some coins might end up in the top 10 but this is rare and it is stupid to rely on that thought for betting on a coin.
