This was already explained on Discord. The web wallet is newly released, and it’s common for early versions to have issues that only show up once people start using it actively.
We’re still finishing up the code to rescan wallet addresses and will also add a self-service option so users can input a TXID if any deposit doesn’t show up.
Reminder: this is a custodial wallet, just like how centralized exchanges handle deposits. If your coins are on the blockchain, they’re not lost — they’ll show up once the system processes them correctly.
