It seems that almost every single day, I don't want to do my daily pushups, so in some sense, I am frequently mauling over potential excuses.. yet at the same time, I place the pushups as a priority so I don't really easily give myself excuses.
It's easy to find excuses when you don't really want to do it. In such times it's okay to take a break but it shouldn't become a habit. Otherwise we forget the purpose of doing this.
Another 200 today.

I have to put the daily (every day) as a priority, since I am afraid that if I stop with the daily streak, then I will become even more vulnerable to taking breaks here and there.. so keeping the streak going seems to be amongst the best of solutions to not give me any excuses to have future issues.
I have done similar with other past exercises (and streaks), so if I end up breaking the streak, the activity becomes a lower priority, even if I tell myself it is a higher priority, and the psychological devolution contributes towards worse and harder abilities to continue on a daily basis.
You've gone further ahead once more. This is now bitcoin chasing your pushups number. For bitcoin price to catch up with your number of pushups, a new ATH is already assured. Keeping that streak is a good way of not slacking back. Do you even know that reducing the number of pushups you do daily or the number of sets gradually gets into you making it impossible for you to raise it further unless after a serious self conditioning.
My pushups now come in the early hours, it feels different.

It seems quite likely that the BTC price is going to catch up to my total number of pushups and to pass my total number of pushups and perhaps even to stay above my total number of pushups for days and/or weeks at a time, even though since about the beginning of March, I have been tending to mostly add around 100 to 140 pushups per day, even though my current overall average pushups per day for the past 497 days is just below 230 per day.
If eventually Bitcoin price catches your total number of push-ups per day, i will advice you that you should never be in a hurry to stay above Bitcoin price, but if you can add up with your presence number of push-ups to be able to give Bitcoin price enough gap before the Bitcoin price can catches you again fine, but if you can't don't worry too much because these push-ups exercise it is not do or die affair, one must do the total number push-ups his body can carry per day and gradually by gradually you will hit to the top of it without knowing because of your consistency in push-ups daily.
My report:10[edit]0k,POPOLUV,157,23000,2025-06-16.
I have been finding that in order to attempt to stay motivated in pushups, it has been helpful to attempt to have various goals along the way that might have had been beyond some of the bitcoin pushup community goals of striving to do daily pushups of (100 pushups or whatever) until the BTC price reached $100k.
So, at first my goals just related to monitoring my doing the pushups consistently and then daily quantity of pushups and/or quality of pushups, and so then surely in August/September it started to become clear that my total quantity of pushups was starting to get close to the BTC price, which became part of a new goal that was related to the then circumstances of having the total pushups start to get close to the BTC price, so then by early February my total pushups started to cross above the BTC price and then on February 21, my total pushups crossed above 100k,, which then contributed to my being motivated to cut back on daily quantity of pushups and to incorporate lunges into my daily routine.
For now, I am just sticking with my 100 to 140-ish quantity of pushups per day, and perhaps not really directly thinking about how that relates to BTC prices, even though sure, the BTC price has not left my thinking, and I have decently high confidence that the price is going to cross back over my total pushup quantity yet at my rate of doing pushups i have some difficulties imagining how the BTC price could sustainably stay above my current daily pushup quantity, especially since in recent times (like the past 3-6 months), the 200-WMA has mostly been moving up in the ballpark of $35 to $55 per day.. and I consider the 200-WMA to be a bottom indicator and currently it is just
right around $48,362, so even at the higher ends of the current range, it is going to take nearly 939 days for the 200-WMA to cross over $100k.
Presumptively if the BTC price could go up faster, then the 200-WMA would likely get drug up towards moving up a a faster rate to potentially cross over $100k in less than 2 years.. even something like crossing over $100k by the end of 2026 would not be an unreasonable projection and such considerable BTC price going up tendencies would be good for any of us longer term BTC holders who have largely gotten through most of our BTC accumulation already, even though shorter term BTC holders may well prefer that the BTC prices (including the 200-WMA) do not go up so fast in order that they are able to accumulate more BTC in the coming couple of years with lower rather than higher prices.
Even the projections within my own current charts show the 200-WMA moving up to cross over $100k in the ballpark of 1.5 to 2 years, which could even happen (which would be considerably bullish) for the 200-WMA to cross over $100k on or before the end of 2026.
Ladies and gentlemen, here is the day two update:
10[edit]0k,Wake Up,2,45,2025-05-16
I was able to complete 25 push-ups. I do them in one go or I can do 25 more throughout the day. I wonder how much more I can do by focusing on the push-ups I can do in one go each day.
Sure, it is up to you to create whatever goals that you like, and if you really want to figure out a way to increase your quantity of pushups within any one set, you likely are better off to increase the quantity of sets per day and to build up your quantity per set.
Currently, my normal quantity of pushups in a set tend to be 40-50, even though surely I started out at mostly 20 to 30 and worked my way up, and sometimes I have had some higher quantity sets that go into the lower to mid 70s, yet I no longer consider striving to do that many pushups per set - even though surely quantity of pushups per set is not necessarily a bad goal.. even keeping in mind quantity versus quality in terms of sometimes the quality of the pushups will go down when the quantity is pushed, which surely is up to you to monitor what you are getting and to figure out if you are happy with your own results, whether it is improvement in pushups or merely consistency of pushups or consistency of frequency of pushups that you might strive to achieve.

If all of us now wish for bitcoin to catch up with your total number of pushups, we are also wishing for New ATH and that's the point we are. This is an evidence of dedication. So far, I sometimes wonder how you estimated your target for 100k pushups while chasing the bitcoin. Now your pushups success has turned out to be our own bitcoin success story. We can't wish more than asking bitcoin to follow your pushups number, haha. Maybe you alone has pushed bitcoin to where it is.
I am getting to an age where body parts are starting to have issues, and I have found pushup activities to be quite good in terms of engaging in a kind of daily activity that can be done in a lot of places and without much of any equipment besides a flat area - even though I do tend to prefer to do them inside and in private rather than publicly.. yet I might be able to adapt if I were forced to have to change locations due to unexpected circumstances. This thread has been helpful to provide a structure and a motivation to do the pushups within the context of submitting periodic reports - of course, with some gamification with the existence of DirtyKeyboard's daily pushup table updates.
Of course, I have created my own system of keeping track, too.. but it still remain motivating to have a place to regularly memorialize the current status, even though surely we can see quibbles in regards to OgNasty considering that there maybe reasons to close/lock the thread... so of course, with dwindling participation, it may well end up that justifications for closing/locking the thread might get stronger than justifications for keeping it opened/unlocked.
