Sounds simple but actually it is not that simple because I tried it myself sometime ago and never received any welcome offer from your side till now.
The first response from your side was even taking too long time (almost 48H) if I remember it correctly and too many Chit-chat from the VIP host that I do not think is important to be asked because the main idea of this program should be the priority instead of asking too much unimportant thing.
You should make it faster and simpler for the process of the VIP transfer program if you want to attract VIP players from other casinos.
