If i ever go over it, i will immediately accept that i might have a problem and don't want to downplay it. I might not quit if it was just a little amount, and we all make mistakes, but if i do it again soon after, i will deal with the problem accordingly (like quitting gambling for a year, or something similar).
I can see the scenario here since we have to make up for the losses that have gone overboard our gambling budget. If we continue to gamble this financial problem won't be fixed and will continue to bury us in debt that can lead to financial ruin.
If we find it problematic and know where it comes from, we actually don't need to quit gambling totally and just what I quoted stated, we have to adjust like temporary suspension of our gambling activities until all is placed back to where it belongs and the financial flows become normal again.
