Winnings from gambling comes unexpected and they are subject to proper management or excessive spending depending on the gambler's orientation.

Some gamblers have argued that the wins is not part of their financial plan, describing it as lucky and free money and they do not care how they spend it, but mainly use it for recreational purposes and to enjoy themselves by increasing their living conditions, partying and other forms of fun for a while, while there are others that apply more prudence in managing their winnings.

I like to think of my gambling wins as an income boost and depending on the amount, I always prefer using it to solve a particular issue or purchase a need that would always remind me of the winning.

Let's hear from you, how do you think gambling winnings should be spent?

It depends. Personally I once won so big that I completely erased my overdraft of 3 salaries in my debit card and that was a fantastic feeling to be honest, which I truly miss as it has only happened once and many years ago. Another time where I won a good amount but not enough to erase some other debt and I invested it in some altcoin which I believed it will skyrocket, it didn't so this time was almost the same as a lost session in gambling. Now there are a lot of ways to spend money when you win it from gambling and only reckless persons spend it not knowing what they are doing, I luckily am definitely not one of them and I am very proud of such thing. I always see it as an income boost ready to be spent somewhere or to use to erase some debt, be it like that overdraft or the credit card debt which many Americans are suffering right now.
