IMO, NO physical backup means NO recovery.
If you can't remember means your seed phrase will be lost forever.
Might your brain fail you, and you don't have the phrase written or stored somewhere safe, the cryptocurrency is lost forever.  This is the dumbest idea that I have ever heard, we are not a perfect storage for keeping Bitcoin phrase safe.

You know why?  I have done this before with a small amount, but I forget or I can't recall the phrase accurately when needed to cash out my Bitcoin, until now, I wasn't recover.
