Do you have 100 BTC in your cold wallet or something? 
I wouldn't bother memorizing my seed phrases even if I had millions of dollars worth of BTC in my cold wallets.
Trying to memorize 12 or 24 words isn't such a hard task. People are memorizing poems and novels. Some Muslims are trying to memorize the entire Quran, some Christians have memorized the Bible(I guess). OP, do you really believe that remembering 12 or 24 words is a great achievement? Even if you successfully memorized the see phrase, there's always the risk of forgetting some words here and there.
I would just write down the words of a piece of paper and keep that piece somewhere safe. Being way too obsessed with the safety of your crypto is kinda toxic.
