Agree, despite many of his teammates are under perform, Haaland is still consistent and I think he's the reason why Manchester City can regain back to Champions League.
Harland only began that season outstandinglyrics but months later, he had terrible performances for Manchester City. Surely there were many big problems of the team but Haaland as a striker and main goal scorer for the club, actually has big responsibility. Playing style of Haaland is too simple and he needs to sharpen his weak skills at the moment in order to adapt well to different opponent defensive tactics.
It was Phil Foden who deserved to be called as shit, last two seasons he played very well, better than Haaland, the last season he's gone.

Two seasons ago, Foden had his best season ever in his career but he failed to maintain good performances past season. This is very big challenge for players who want to achieve similar world class level and domination in global football very consistently like Messi and Cristano Ronaldo.
The next season Manchester City will likely perform like previous season because they still need adaptation and few of the players are too old.
They have had severe problems with old players but there are issues with their favorite tactics that helped them dominating Premier League by winning six titles within seven seasons. It seems the last season is when opponents in Premier League began to constrain Manchester City better.
