But, the Italian Football federation doesn't have all the time to wait for the right person to do the job, more than two appointees turned them down already, they must start from somewhere. The task ahead is complicated for the Italians who need more goals to stay alive in the group stage, and Gattuso's presence there isn't enough, yet it's better than going for someone who is worse and inexperienced.
