It seems Laporta has been reacting positively toward all of indirect message being made by his players. So he changes his mind on Nico's decision. I only wonder in what way he will sign Nico. We know how terrible Barca's financial. That's impossible for them to sign Nico without selling their player first.
I don't think they can also send a proposal to pay Nico in some installments. I remember they still have money from selling their VIP seat, and can be used to sign Nico from Bilbao.
