If they decided to remove the 0.3% fee and made Ginger Wallet a free service, it would probably increase the number of people using it. For now at least, Open Coordinator (opencoordinator.org) is not charging a fee and they have a 24 hour figure of just 1.18 BTC. Kruw coordinator also does not charge a fee and has 1168 BTC.
At the same time, Ginger Wallet has 0.17 BTC therefore their business model is not working.
There are two ways in which they can do that. One is to create something truly unique that the other Wasabi coordinators currently don't support. I am not sure what that is but it has to be significant enough to signal a turning point and increase the popularity of Ginger Wallet. The other way is to further decrease their coinjoin fees, which would obviously have direct consequences on their profits.
