They will all have to cope with uncertainties while PSG and Barcelona, if the teams remain like they are for the most part, can keep growing from where they are. That can make a huge difference during a season. Uncertainties like injuries are a risk for every team and can change a lot for the worse out of a sudden, but if for example Barcelona is not running into serious physical problems during the next season, so many positions will be taken by outstanding players that have already played so well in the past season. There are no bad signs so far, no reason why Raphinha and Yamal would not perform their best for Barcelona or why PSG would not play as well anymore because they now won the CL. I think both teams will once again be able to deliver high quality performances all season long.
This is where consistency comes into play. If Barcelona players play consistently, they will continue to be a team that is competitive for the Champions League and La Liga next year. However, if they cannot get good performance from their players next year, then they may draw a worse graph than this year. Real Madrid is building a very good squad in Spain. They will be the most serious rivals for Barcelona and there is a possibility that they will not be able to establish the superiority that Barcelona established against them this year next year. Therefore, Barcelona will need to have a year without mistakes. With consistency, the players should provide the same motivation to win the championship again.

And you have to take into account that against Inter Milan, it was not like Barcelona was the weaker team. These games on that level with Inter Milan being in outstanding form can end this way despite Barcelona being the more active and dangerous team. Inter Milan had a great day when they converted close to 100% of their chances, but it won't be like that in every single game. This time it cost Barcelona final, next time I think Barcelona would be more likely to qualify for the final themselves.

You could see that in the final. If Inter Milan played as concentrated as they did in the semifinal, PSG would have had a much harder time to beat them than they did. But it was like Inter Milan gave up from the first minute on for unknown reasons.
