It doesn't necessarily matter whether you are in your right frame of mind, make sure you gamble responsibly and with an amount that won't affect your mental health if you lose. Sometimes, it's even when we are not in our right state of mind that the winning comes because you won't be making so much analysis of the games you want to bet on, you will just select random games and bet not minding if you are convinced with the options you choose. Winning in gambling does not always come when our mind is settled, it can come at a moment we least expected so it's not bad gambling in such a time but just make sure you don't go outside the box because if you do so, you will surely regret.
It's good to gamble when you're in a right frame of mind so that you can enjoy the game. Why gamble when your mind isn't focused on what you are doing. Is it a compulsory thing. Gambling should be done at your leisure time which means that you need to free your mind from whatever burdens or thoughts in you so that you can manage your bankroll properly and gamble responsibly.
