PSG were once very desperate to win the Champions League trophy, and now they have it, and I think that has definitely made their mentality even stronger, so I think they do have a chance to go back to back next season. It certainly won't be easy because the other big teams will definitely be making more thorough preparations (especially Real Madrid and Liverpool who are currently very active in the transfer market), but that doesn't mean PSG can't win it back because in football anything can happen.
They managed to win the title last season but it's not easy to form a mentality in the Champions League even though they have won it because before we tried to compare Real Madrid with PSG then I can say it's completely different. Real Madrid have been so dominant in the Champions League that comparing a club like PSG with them is completely irrelevant. PSG will definitely be better after winning the Champions League but defending the title for two seasons in a row is not easy and I believe next season will be much more competitive.

Real Madrid has built a strong foundation in any competition, including the Champions League, while PSG, they have just built that foundation, which now makes PSG one of the most respected clubs in European and world competitions.

This season PSG has succeeded in conquering Europe, so the next step is the club world cup competition, because they have a goal to become one of the best clubs in the world. For now, the player material owned by PSG is quite good and balanced, so I think at the end of this season they should also be able to conquer the 2025 FIFA club world cup.
PSG established a system that works with even without a superstar, which Madrid lost. This year, Madrid foundation was based on the belief that Mbappe would solve everything, but instead, the whole thing became weaker. When Kroos and Nacho went, the team was lost, and all of that old Madrid identity just... disappeared. The stats also support this: the top three players of PSG only scored 44% of their goals, whereas three best players from Real were effectively responsible for two-thirds of their goals. Not much of a “foundation” if you ask me

Now PSG is in the Club World Cup. Yes, they are the one to beat. And they just beat Atleti 4-0 to show it. But European domination is one thing. Being hungry after creating history is something else. Tiredness, summer transfer upheaval, and that large bullseye on their back. This is where we will find out if they are building a new dynasty or simply a one-season wonder. If Luis Enrique keeps them hungry and changes things up, I think it will take something exceptional to stop them in the CWC

They were just in luck because this is PSG we're talking about. I'm sure they did not see this coming because they did not see it coming, and if we should speak of the truth i dont think that we should be comparing PSG and Madrid all together because this are people who have done everything possible to build themselves. They have won the trophy multiple times, so there are a lot of reasons why they should not be compared. Because Madrid is one of the clubs that have won the Champions League the most, and this is like the first time that PSG is winning for the first time, so no matter how bad it is, I feel PSG needs to respect Madrid for that.

And PSG is trying to build a name for themselves, and when it comes to the Club World Cup, it won't be as easy as the Champions League because we're used to knowing how tough the Champions League is, not until now that things seem to be different this season, and even if you are hungry, there is still a possibility that thing might not go the way they wanted because there is just to much of work when it comes to competition. Everyone is ever ready, and they don't even know what to do, football is actually not predicted because even players will try their best, but not everything works for them so the best they can is to try.
